First to explain the reason I wrote this article. I have been gambling on the web or at land-based betting houses for a great many years. I have discovered, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you will not even realize it up until you are bankrupt. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in only a tiny period of time and still on occasion, I’ll go a bit too far. It seems you are just having fun until you start to track your loss and the anguish settles in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can earn it back" constantly. It doesn’t works. Then you become queasy in your stomach and the more you try the quicker you lose.
When you notice that you are ahead, remain on the UP! When you start to be beaten, do not say to yourself, "well perhaps just one more" and over and over again, believe me, this plan RARELY ever works. Say you’re playing on slot games, have a bankroll put aside prior to beginning your play. DO NOT exceed that boundary, no matter how appealing. If you actually win, put that in a separate canister. Don’t risk your winnings no matter what. As soon as you have gone through your original set limit, stop. Leave, regardless if it’s on the internet or at a physical betting house, don’t stay around. Always remember, there is going to be a different day, another time.
Keep in mind, gambling should be FUN not exhausting, nauseating work! If you are not having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t afford the cost, don’t even begin.
